Receptionist Job Responsibilities-

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages, and providing information.
  • Managing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  • Maintaining visitor logs and ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • Direct students to the appropriate office or department for assistance.
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Job Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Ed Tech industry and its products/services is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent service to students, parents, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in answering and directing calls related to Ed tech products/services.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
Other Information

  • 6 Days Working
Timing is 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Location - Noida Sector 62

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
