- Manageand nurture relationships with existing clients in the bankingsector serving as their primary point of contact for all postsalesactivities.
- Understand the unique needs andgoals of each client and proactively identify opportunities toupsell additional products or services that add value to theirbusiness.
- Collaborate with the sales team todevelop and execute upsell and crosssell strategies driving revenuegrowth and achieving quarterly and annual salestargets.
- Conduct regular business reviews withclients to review performance identify areas for improvement andensure alignment with their strategicobjectives.
- Serve as the voice of the customerwithin the organization advocating for their needs and influencingproduct development and roadmapprioritization.
- Provide proactive support andguidance to clients helping them maximize the value they receivefrom our software solutions and address any challenges or issuesthey may encounter.
- Monitor customer healthmetrics and proactively intervene to mitigate churn risks drivingcustomer retention and longterm loyalty.
- Stayuptodate on industry trends best practices and emergingtechnologies in the banking sector sharing insights andrecommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of thecurve.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctionalteams including sales product management and support to ensure aseamless customer experience and drive customersuccess.
- Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions and activities in CRM systems providing regularupdates and reports to management on customer health andsatisfaction.
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or arelated field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 1012years of experience in customer success account management or salesroles within the enterprise software industry with a focus onbanking solutions.
- Proven track record ofachieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas in acustomerfacing role.
- Deep understanding of thebanking industry including knowledge of industry trends regulationsand challenges.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trustwith clients at all levels of anorganization.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identifytrends and develop actionable insights.
- Highlyorganized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritiessimultaneously.
- Proactive and resultsdrivenmindset with a passion for driving customer success and deliveringexceptional service.
- Experience working withCRM systems and other sales and customer successtools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally tomeet with clients asneeded.
