Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop relationships with institutions and canteens (CSD/CPC), Hotels, Cafes, Embassies, Restaurants etc. Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans and joint business planning.
  • Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in institutional canteens (CSD/CPC)
  • Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
  • Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and coordination with institutional customers
- experience of sales in institutional channels (Fresh Dairy) in a similar FMCG category.


Essential Qualification:

  • 25 years of experience in FMCG sales in institutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
  • Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial and selfmotivated
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
  • Preferred FMCG industry with experience of working at large retail chains

Remuneration:
As per experience and qualifications, comparable with the best in the industry


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
