We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our team.

Having great report writing skills, amazing negotiable skill, and some office work.

ROLES & Responsibility

1- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2-Contact customer as well as prospective customer using some basic scripts.

3-Asking question to the customer and understanding their specification.

4-Resolving issue and queries related to the products and services.

5- Maintaining the database, ledger, of the customers on a regular basis.

6-Positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 1 Graduation in Any filed.
2-work experience as a Telecaller, back office, sales department etc.

3-Great impersonal skills.

4- Strong organization skill.

5-Ability to work in team or individually as and when required.

6-Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
