Who Leads, guides, coordinates, supervises a team that may comprise Working Supervisor, Team Leaders, Journey level workers, Trainees, Helpers, and subcontracted labor.


Job Role:


  • Plans and schedules team activities
  • Evaluates team performance
  • Identifies problems and initiate corrective action
  • Adhere to schedule objectives, costs & quality
  • Monitors performance to safety policies
  • Coordinates with production head, Supervisor, Sales Team, Quality assurance and with Management
  • Compliance with organization and company administrative procedures
  • Review documentations and identifies deficiencies and potential problems
  • Technical expertise and experience for specific trade

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer


Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
