    JobDescription:

    Weare looking for a seasoned SAP MM & ISRetail specialistwith expertise in IDOC monitoring and incident management tosupport our SAP implementation projects and ongoing operations. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM andISRetail modules with extensive experience in monitoring andmanaging IDOCs for seamless data exchange between SAP systems andexternalpartners.

    Responsibilities:

    Serveas the subject matter expert for SAP MM and ISRetail modulesincluding procurement inventory management and retailoperations.

    Designconfigure and optimize IDOC monitoring solutions to ensure timelyand accurate data exchange between SAP systems and externalsystems.

    MonitorIDOC processing workflows identify errors or failures andtroubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of businessprocesses.

    Developand implement incident management processes and procedures forhandling IDOCrelated incidents including root cause analysis issueresolution anddocumentation.

    Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including SAP functional consultantstechnical teams business users and external partners to resolveIDOCrelated issues and drive continuousimprovement.

    Providetraining and support to end users on IDOC monitoring and incidentmanagement processes tools and bestpractices.

    Requirements:

    Bachelorsdegree in relevant field or equivalent workexperience.

    5years of handson experience in SAP MM and ISRetail modules with afocus on IDOC monitoring and incidentmanagement.

    Indepthknowledge of IDOC concepts structures and processing flows withinSAPsystems.

    Strongunderstanding of SAP MM and ISRetail business processes includingprocurement inventory management and retailoperations.

    Provenexperience in designing configuring and troubleshooting IDOCmonitoring solutions preferably in a retailenvironment.

    Excellentanalytical problemsolving and communicationskills.

    Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment managing multiple priorities and stakeholderseffectively.

    SAPcertification in MM and/or ISRetail is aplus.
