Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.

This role will directly report to Manager of IM Development Operations and will be based in Bangalore.

What are you in for? (Roles and responsibilities)

You would be responsible for driving the SAP roadmap of our organization's growth journey, helping to define the process strategy, organizational culture, and best practices, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

In summation, the mission statement of your role is to work with the IM Development Operations Manager to build, develop and scale the organization for a sustainable future while ensuring that we constantly challenge ourselves.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below:

SAP BTP Expertise

Experience in SAP Business technology Platform / SAP Cloud Platform as a developer

Should have a working knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) service.

Should have an understanding & working knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP)

Based service.

Should have experience on SAP Fiori for deploying UX

Practical experience in sustainable implementation of architectural standards in modern project environments, especially in agile projects and DevOps

Experience with aspects of one or more hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, SCP)

Experience in HANA Cloud - SAP Cloud Foundry

Practical experience in sustainable implementation of architectural standards in modern project environments, especially in agile projects and DevOps

Cloud Platform Development experience / Cloud platform Integration experience

Integration Suite (SAP Integration Suite, SAP Event Mesh, SAP Kernel Services)

Extension Suite (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Workflow Management, iRPA, Fiori, UI5)

Data Management & Analytics (SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA)

Exposure to UI5,Fiori, ODATA

Understanding of concepts like CI/CD, pipelines, DevOps

Understanding of security threats and solutions in cloud environments

Hands-on experience in FIORI, WEB IDE, Visual Studio

Experience in role and authorization models

Basic experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Java, Python - Good to have any two of this

Basic knowledge in Linux and/or Shell - Good to have

Understanding of REST API's and OData

Knowledge on GIT

What are we looking for? (Experience/Qualifications/Skillsets/Must-haves)

Education - bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science with 10+ years of experience

Strong written, verbal and Presentation skills along with Analytical skills and Logical Skills

Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Strong problem-solving skills coupled with logical and analytical abilities.

Should be flexible to work according to German timings/shifts.

Should have worked in multi-cultural environment.

Willingness to work in Bangalore location and in a Hybrid model.
