Responsibilities:


On-Site Consultation:
Meet With Clients On-Site To Understand Their Design Preferences, Lifestyle, And Requirements For Their Residential Spaces.

Needs Assessment:
Conduct Thorough Assessments Of Clients' Homes, Considering Layout, Space Utilization, Lighting, Color, And Overall Aesthetics.

Material Selection:

Advise Clients On Appropriate And High-Quality Materials, Finishes, Furnishings, And Decor That Align With Their Vision, Budget, And Functional Needs.

Design Solutions:
Provide Creative And Tailored Design Solutions That Enhance The Functionality, Visual Appeal, And Comfort Of Clients' Living Spaces.

Project Planning:
Collaborate With Clients To Create Comprehensive Design Plans, Including Space Layouts, Color Schemes, Furniture Placement, And Material Selections.

Budget Management:
Assist Clients In Establishing Realistic Budgets For Their Design Projects And Recommend Cost-Effective Options Without Compromising Quality.

Presentation:

Present Design Concepts And Recommendations To Clients, Utilizing Visual Aids Such As Sketches, Mood Boards, And Sample Materials To Effectively Communicate Ideas.

Collaboration:

Work Closely With Interior Designers, Contractors, And Other Professionals To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Design Plans And Accurate Implementation Of Selected Materials.

Trend Awareness:
Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Interior Design Trends, Materials, And Technologies To Provide Clients With Cutting-Edge Design Solutions.

Client Communication:
Maintain Clear And Regular Communication With Clients Throughout The Design Process, Addressing Their Questions, Concerns, And Feedback.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In Architecture / Interior Design Or Related Field (preferred).
• Proven Experience As An Architechtural Interior Design Consultation With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Successful Residential Projects.
• In-Depth Knowledge Of Interior Design Principles, Materials, Finishes, And Furniture.
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Understand Clients' Needs And Convey Design Concepts Effectively.
• Proficiency In Design Software And Tools, Such As AutoCAD, SketchUp, And Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
• Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively Within A Team.
• Flexibility To Adapt To Changing Project Requirements And Client Preferences.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills And A Creative Mindset.
• Familiarity With Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
