Job Summary:


As a Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) for VMC, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

You will be a key player in expanding our market reach and increasing our revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote VMC's services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and preferences.
  • Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce VMC's services and programs, and promote the benefits of our coaching and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, such as principals, directors, and other institutional leaders.
  • Attend educational conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to represent VMC and create brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital marketing materials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and feedback.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Salary - Upto 5 LPA

Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
