- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print) to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing contracts/agreements.

- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital technologies, and consumer behavior.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in marketing management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.
