We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic travel firm.

As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company.

Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic decisionmaking.
Perform regular financial audits and reviews to maintain financial integrity.
Provide guidance and supervision to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Executive, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Indepth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
