Job Description - Jr. Partner Relations Executive
SOL Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd.
is a leading global exhibitions, events and branding agency in India, UAE, France, Germany, and the USA.We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Partner Development Executive.
You will be responsible for developing and building strong relationships with partners who provide services in the events and exhibitions industry across the world.
Success in this position comes from developing and building upon partnerships with new individuals, corporations and local groups. You will also be involved in event planning, coordination and oversight.Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with existing partners and furthering business relationships with them.
- Finding new partners across geographies (fabricators, printing houses, caterers, manpower, etc)
- Detailing and closing projects with partners after proper negotiations
- Explaining projects to partners and making a detailed quotation request document
- Ensuring the partner is working as per the scope of work
- Preparing all files that are needed by the partner for production in coordination with CS, design, and production teams
- Organizers coordination when required
- Ensuring partner delivery is as per SHOW and that client is happy
- Giving feedback to partners and always discussing ways for improvement in next project
- Going onsite during project execution to see smooth delivery as well as to scout for new partners
- Submitting onsite reports of new partners with photos of their work
- Completing all paperwork, forms and formalities relating to partners.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 years' project development and management. (Fresher can also Apply)
- Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills.
- Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team.
- Ability to understand needs and goals of prospects and build strong relationships with partners through a consultative approach.
- Highly motivated selfstarter, ambitious and results driven.
- Be able to see projects through to completion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Communication in various European languages is an added advantage
