E-commerce Associate - Gurgaon, India - Acme Services
Description
Responsible for managing all eCommerce platforms, websites and new business- Manage ecommerce accounts with Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, Jiomart, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo.
- Must be creative & passionate in growing the product sales by using various strategy on Ecommerce portal.
- Strategize and plan to increase the ecommerce sales
- Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets
- List and manage the entire catalogue end to end on all major marketplaces
- Preparing & uploading A+ Content with the help of infographics and Optimised SEO Rich Content
- Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring excellent customer service
- Responsible for endtoend E commerce operations
- Order management & processing and maintain order status
- Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners
- Inventory Allocations and Stock management
Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Ecommerce: 1 year (required)
