Responsibilities:
Welding Operations:
Perform welding tasks to join metal components according to specifications, using appropriate welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements.
Set up welding equipment and select proper welding consumables based on the materials being welded.
Align and fit components accurately to ensure proper weld penetration and joint strength.
Monitor and adjust welding parameters to maintain quality and consistency.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Detect and address any defects, inconsistencies, or irregularities in the welding process.
Perform post-welding finishing tasks, such as grinding, smoothing, and polishing, to ensure a seamless appearance.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.
Ensure proper ventilation and exhaust systems are in place when working with welding equipment to minimize exposure to fumes and gases.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
