Skill Required:
- Murex environment planning and allocation, build/refresh, Endtoend support
- Experience in performing batch improvements, identifying and fixing long running jobs
- Multiple data base configuration on murex environment
- Disk Space and Memory Management
- Import/Export of Murex Database dumps
- Infrastructure, Business engine, middleware and sequencing layers monitoring
- Monitoring system memory and Mxml configuration, environment variables and the page file memory
- Monitoring & Killing murex sessions from monit
- Checking of logs and trace files as a part of troubleshooting
- Support maintenance activities which include, daily, weekly, monthly & yearly
- L1 & L2 support processes and exposure
- Areas of support
- Murex EoD batch, troubleshooting Murex services, MxML exchanges, interfaces support and Murex reporting
- Good understanding on the incident and problem management, Release Management, Configuration Management processes
