We are looking for field coordinators who will be involved in imparting knowledge of source segregation, plastic pollution, plastic waste management, and making the markets plastic free in Noida.

We are looking for a safety-inclined, energetic, autonomous, and proactive team player capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all training in the market for the identified program, which delivers training to stakeholders on source segregation and plastic waste management
  • Assist in onboarding market associations, consumers, and other stakeholders for the plastic waste management campaigns run by the organization
  • Innovation in designing implementation/formats
  • Deliver training content developed by Development Team and tailor this where necessary to the local context whilst ensuring session outcomes are delivered.
  • Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and stakeholders receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions.
  • Prepare and follow the training timetable
  • Work with colleagues at the district and regional levels to continuously improve the quality of the program and ensure our work is always safe and enjoyable for the stakeholders.
  • Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of training.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • A Master's Degree in Mass Communication or a related field is required
  • Highenergy levels with a passion to succeed
  • Dynamic team player with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Have knowledge of waste management and is eager to learn more.
  • Have a genuine interest in working in the social sector.
  • Be passionate about the environment and a cleaner India
  • Be bilingual (must be able to speak English and Hindi fluently).

Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
