    Hiring Digital Advertising Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Revenue Optimization:
    Strategically utilize Google AdX, ad networks, and direct advertiser partnerships to maximize ad revenue. Continuously optimize fill rates and CPMs based on performance analytics.

    Programmatic Advertising Expertise:
    Apply programmatic advertising strategies to improve efficiency in ad buying and selling, optimizing ad performance.

    Inventory Management:
    Utilize DFP/Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize ad inventory, ensuring full utilization for maximum revenue.

    Ad Placement and Segmentation:
    Optimize high-value, non-intrusive ad placements with targeted segmentation to improve user engagement and revenue.

    User Experience Management:
    Ensure ad placements enhance the user experience, regularly assessing their impact on user behavior and satisfaction.

    Campaign Management for Direct Ads:
    Oversee the end-to-end management of direct ad campaigns, aligning with both advertiser goals and our user experience standards.

    Partner Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with ad networks, advertisers, and tech providers to secure advantageous terms and content.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams, ensuring ad operations align with broader business objectives.

    Reporting and Analytics:
    Deliver insightful reports on ad performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimizations.

    Ad Tech Innovation and

    Market Trends:

    Stay at the forefront of ad technology and market trends, adopting innovative ad formats and best practices to enhance ad performance continuously and engagement, while refining our ad operation strategies.

    Requirements

    2-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in managing high-traffic digital/mobile apps and web pages.

    Proficient in DFP/Google Ads Manager, with expertise in managing Google AdX and other ad networks effectively.

    Exceptional analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

    Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Computer science, or a related field preferred.
