Diagnosis
ENT specialists are responsible for diagnosing ear, nose and throat disorders. He or she manages the surgical and medical conditions of the adult and pediatric patients. An ENT specialist is responsible for prescribing adequate medicine and its dosage to patients. He or she is responsible for checking on patients for their progress.


Surgical Assistance


ENT specialist responsible for providing assistance to surgeons, neurosurgeons, eye surgeons in complex cases depending on their area of specialisation.

He or she may specialise in any of branches such as pediatric ENT, head, neck, throat, otology (ear), rhinology (nose) and facial plastic.


Performing Surgery
ENT specialists also responsible for performing surgeries on patients with various disorders related to ears, nose and throat. Surgeries are performed when a disorder or infection can not be treated with medicines only. An ENT specialist schedules operations and prescribes all the necessary precautions to be taken by patients.


Pay:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
