We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hostel Caretaker to join our team.

The Hostel Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the hostel premises and ensuring that the rooms are kept tidy and comfortable for our residents.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hostel premises, including common areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
  • Assist children in maintaining personal hygiene by helping them with tasks such as oiling hair, clipping nails, and ensuring proper grooming.
  • Support younger children in getting ready for school or activities, including ensuring they have appropriate clothing and supplies.
  • Provide assistance with making beds, arranging cupboards, and organizing personal belongings for the residents.
  • Handle children with warmth, love, and affection, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth and development.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all residents within the hostel premises.
  • Communicate effectively with hostel management and staff regarding any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Uphold and enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain a harmonious living environment.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for the children, promoting positive behavior and fostering a sense of community within the hostel.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by hostel management.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
