*Provide visionary leadership in the development and implementation of academic programs.*Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation and must be Experienced in film academy as a principal.
*Manage faculty and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
*Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and parents.
*Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry trends and prepares students for real-world challenges.
*Address student concerns and maintain a feedback system for continuous improvement.
*Establish and maintain strong connections with the film industry, including filmmakers, producers, and other professionals.
*Facilitate internships, workshops, and networking opportunities for students.
Salary:
₹1,200, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
