Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our prestigious fine dining restaurant located in Chennai.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Clear tables and ensure the restaurant area is clean and tidy.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
