Description

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting our resort, attracting new guests, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive bookings for the resort.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the resort's social media presence, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers, packages, and discounts to drive bookings and increase revenue.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to promote the resort and build relationships with potential guests.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and hospitality.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
