Description

• Work closely with healthcare clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations for their facilities
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the unique requirements of healthcare environments
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications that accurately reflect the design intent and meet all relevant codes and regulations
• Lead project teams through all phases of the design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare architecture
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings to communicate design concepts to clients and contractors.
• Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to gather information and provide design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques to refine design ideas and ensure quality standards are met.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 01/02 to 67 years of experience in healthcare architecture design
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams through all phases of design and construction
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
