- Corporate Accounts and Finance functions
The Corporate Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations and activities of the company.
This role involves developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
The Corporate Accounts and Finance Manager ensures the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely financial reporting.Job Level:

Responsible and Accountable for:
Desired Skills:
- Indepth exposure to SAP / ERP systems, and possess good MS office skills. Thorough knowledge and robust experience in the domain of Accounting, Consolidation, IND AS, Tax, GST, IFC and compliance skills, to support the CFO in ensuring good corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Independent handling and supervision of the Finance, Accounts and Taxation domains, including execution, compliance and advisory. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.
2) Direct and manage all aspects of General Accounting including General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and all statutory accounting under Ind AS.
3) Ensure compliance of Direct & Indirect Taxation matters, including periodic assessments.
4) Oversee ERP functionality for the Accounts/Finance functions, obtain MIS Reports.
5) Adopt and/or pursue technology solutions, which can promote work collaboration, communication and improve effectiveness in practices (reduce cycle time and increase accuracy).
7) Stay updated with changes in Indian IT and GST laws and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines.
8) Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide management with accurate and timely financial information.
9) Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion.
10) Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and manage financial risks.
11) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

₹1,500,000.00 per year
