Description
Product delivery confirmation as & when required, demo, installation, Happy calling.

  • Handling after sales service calls from customers.
  • Making outbound calls & attending queries of walkin customers.
  • Noting queries for any products & forwarding complaints to respective brands.
  • Follow up and coordination with customers / service centres for closure.
  • Forwarding store defective complaints on weekly / monthly basis to HO.
  • Attending customer queries through calls as well as in person & providing them a solution.
  • Working at branch level & maintaining a strong coordination with Head office.

Salary:
₹21, ₹29,773.28 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
