You will be responsible for NX modelling and drafting work for aeroderivative gas turbine business.

How You'll Make an Impact

Responsible to ensure that all packaged equipment designs meet the Company design rules and current practices.
Provide a technical interface with internal departments, regional divisions, suppliers, and customers, ensuring that the project upgrades are executed within allocated budgets and timescales.
Standardizing and documenting solutions which can be applied in a consistent manner.
Deliver the project activities on time with quality.
Identify and source replacements for individual components and/or systems to maintain the functionality of our equipment.
Propose and implement package upgrades aimed at preventing future issues, enhancing the overall product lifecycle.
Address and rectify issues in the field by analyzing fault reports and implementing corrective actions.

Typical Outputs:

Create and maintain CAD models, layouts, and detailed engineering drawings using Siemens NX software.
Generate and manage BOMs including part creation and lifecycle management within Siemens PLM.
Develop comprehensive engineering documentation such as purchase specifications for equipment and components.
Produce design calculations and technical reports as the task demands.
Technical input into sales tenders to support future upgrades.

What You Bring

Qualifications: As a minimum, Batchelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in a related engineering discipline is required.
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
