Description
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet operational requirements.- Monitor stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Implement and maintain stock management systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, stock movements, and stock discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures, such as stock rotation, expiry management, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Provide support during stocktakes and contribute to the development and execution of stock count procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to stock management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Stockist or similar role, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in stock management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management best practices.
- Proficient in using MSoffice.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock recording and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock handling and storage.

- Benefits: Annual CTC up to INR 3.5 Lacs per annum. Mediclaim insurance for self, spouse, and dependent children 1.5 Lakh per annum.

Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
