Description

• Monitor stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard procedures.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Implement and maintain stock management systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, stock movements, and stock discrepancies.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures, such as stock rotation, expiry management, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
• Provide support during stocktakes and contribute to the development and execution of stock count procedures.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to stock management.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Stockist or similar role, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in stock management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management best practices.
• Proficient in using MSoffice.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock recording and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock handling and storage.

• Location: Bangalore
