Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Voice process with experience in handling customer complaints and queries. The primary role is to ensure that technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively, leading to customer satisfaction.Role & responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Manage database in an organized manner.
- Listening & monitoring customer complaints & queries
- Providing remote assistance to clients and assisting them on product setup and basic usage.
- Coordinating with field service agents and agencies
- Proven 02 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Multilingual (Any Language apart from English & Hindi will be an added advantage)
- Problemsolving skills
- Multitasking
- Experience in inside sales/ tele sales would be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024
