Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Voice process with experience in handling customer complaints and queries. The primary role is to ensure that technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively, leading to customer satisfaction.


Role & responsibilities:


  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Manage database in an organized manner.
  • Listening & monitoring customer complaints & queries
  • Providing remote assistance to clients and assisting them on product setup and basic usage.
  • Coordinating with field service agents and agencies
  • Proven 02 years of experience in a similar role


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Multilingual (Any Language apart from English & Hindi will be an added advantage)
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Multitasking
  • Experience in inside sales/ tele sales would be an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
