Job DescriptionAs a
Product Owner You will be part of the team that builds clients digitalization platform and with that team be responsible for building and operating the service.

You are expected to have 10 years experience as a product owner

Following will be the main responsibilities:

Job responsibilities

Drive the continuous development and release of enterprisescale digital product/s
Solid understanding of users, market, competition and trends for the domain in order to make sound decisions
Work with Product Line Managers to develop and maintain the product vision and strategy contributing to business outcomes with quantifiable business metrics
Effectively communicate product vision to the scrum team and stakeholders and motivate the team with a clear and elevating goal
Own and drive backlog refinement and management, prioritize user stories, create acceptance criteria that results in clients core business outcomes being met
Provide thought leadership on how scenarios and features will be implemented across multiple systems and organizations.
Own and drive the product with knowledge of industrial condition monitoring and maintenance

Requirements:

Educational background

University degree (Preferred, Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Degree)

Job Requirements

2 plus years of experience in software product management
Experience

as a product owner in a multi-team Agile/Scrum environment

Experience

in delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment

Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within the team
Handson software product development experience
Fluency in English, other language skills are meriting
Willingness to travel to support project activities

Preferred, not required

Certified and experienced with SCRUM development process
Sales, marketing and/or business development experience is an advantage
Product development of SaaS (Software as a Service) and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things)
Experience

in Industrial Condition Monitoring, service and maintenance
