Responsibilities:


TDS Return Filing:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of TDS transactions.
Compile and validate necessary information for TDS return filing.
Calculate TDS liability and ensure timely submission of TDS returns.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile TDS data.


ROC Filing:
Manage and maintain company records and registers as required by ROC.
Prepare and file necessary forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to ROC filings.
Update changes in company structure, directors, and shareholding details as needed.


Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all filed documents.
Ensure documentation is accurate and easily accessible for future reference.
Create and manage a filing system for both physical and digital records.


Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and ROC filing requirements.
Proactively identify compliance issues and work towards their resolution.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address compliance concerns.


Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for filing purposes.
Collaborate with external parties, such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
Communicate effectively to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to filings.


Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the filing process.
Propose and implement efficient methods to enhance accuracy and timeliness.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in TDS return filing and ROC filing is essential.
  • Strong understanding of relevant tax laws, regulations, and ROC compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for recordkeeping and filing.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving skills to address compliance challenges and discrepancies.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial setting is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
