Description
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolutionObiectives:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer service metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
