SAP Operator

Key Responsibilities:


  • Enter and manage data accurately in the SAP Sales and Distribution (S&D) module.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Handle sales team data effectively, including customer information, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update records in SAP, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry and SAP operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on data entry tasks and progress.
  • Work efficiently in a fastpaced and pressureable environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data entry issues, working collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data entry operations.

Requirements:


  • Minimum one year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the same industry.
  • Ability to handle sales team data effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressureable environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (S&D) module.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
