Roles and responsibilities
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
- Managing risks through monitoring market volatility and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding clients' goals and requirements, providing market insights, and executing trades based on client preferences.
- Monitoring trades, tracking portfolio performance, and providing regular updates to clients.
- Crossselling company products to clients, Franchisee addition
- Target to achieve 3X of monthly salary
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Learning, implementing, and improving back office functions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
