Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Relationship


Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Manage and develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as new prospects.
  • Understand the client's business and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver on client commitments.
  • Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Generate regular reports on client activity, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes, as well as the products and services offered by our company and competitors.

Requirements -

  • Experience of 25 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Location -

Head Office:
Gurugram, Haryana


Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
