We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including quotes, invoices, contracts, and reports.

Communication:
Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners to address inquiries and provide necessary information.

Database Management:
Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and providing administrative support to enhance their effectiveness.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and track inventory levels, assisting in the coordination of stock replenishment when necessary.

Reporting:
Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to management regarding sales performance and trends.

Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.


Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
