Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to continuously improve the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Create engaging content for online platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, monitoring online discussions, and engaging with the audience to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors' activities to gain a competitive edge.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make datadriven decisions to improve marketing strategies.
