Business Development ExecutiveRole and Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities - Develop new business relationships, and generate and negotiate new revenue opportunities for the company.
- Client Relationship Management - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and potential partners. This involves regular communication and engagement, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Market Analysis - Perform market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
- Strategy Development - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Cross-functional Team Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams (like marketing, sales, and product development) to create and implement business strategies, streamline business operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation - Develop and negotiate contracts; manage and close deals to maximize profits.
- Reporting - Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a problemsolving attitude.
- Strong understanding of industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Flexible with shift timing
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
