Roles and Responsibilities

Role Overview

Drive engagement by delivering various local initiatives to enhance communication and leadership within the Supply Chain/ Sourcing team and Transformation & Sustainability Function.
Deliver talent management plan & create FH specific activities/initiatives.
Partner with Plant Teams for various assignment, ensuring the process and policies are implemented and understood.

Stakeholder management

Ensuring effective network across Function and other supporting functions to serve the customer.
Owning the recruitment and succession pipeline.

Internal Projects Consultant:

Manage and execute key projects related to HR Capability building to deliver higher quality in HR services and create future HR Leaders.

Focusing on HR automation to streamline existing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate TA team & hiring managers to complete onboarding within timeline to support business
Manage and execute HR initiatives to build capability into HR function, to increase HR service quality & build future leaders.
Ideate, develop and implement employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment which further leads to improve productivity
To facilitate capability building of employees in Function and support in their personal as well as professional development thereby help them in goal achievement
