Key Responsibilities:


Accounts & Finance Management:


  • Lead daytoday accounting operations, including accounts receivables, payables, payroll, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure appropriate allocation of funds to meet financial obligations and support business growth.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, including retirement plans, ESOPs, and other perks.
  • Compliance and Regulation:
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory reconciliations, payments, and compliance filings related to ESI, PF, TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent qualification
preferred.

  • Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Host Books etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective decisionmaking and problem resolution.
