Job Description

As a Transfer Pricing Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Transfer Pricing team, assisting in providing high-quality transfer pricing services to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity for a CA Fresher to kickstart their career in transfer pricing and gain exposure to various aspects of international taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting economic analyses to support transfer pricing planning and compliance projects.
Prepare documentation and reports to comply with transfer pricing regulations and requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Assist in analyzing financial data, including comparability analyses and bench marking studies.
Support transfer pricing audits and controversies by preparing responses to tax authorities' queries.
Stay updated with changes in transfer pricing regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide strategic insights to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Assist in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while managing risks effectively.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Knowledge of international tax principles and transfer pricing regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
