    Description

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    1.Inspection ( 3.1and 3.2) andDispatch with environmental factorseg Highhumidity

    2.Coordinationwith QC and TPI Dispatch cell for documentation andcompliance

    3.Filling ofDimensional checklist andMaterial Handling (withoutedge and BodyDamage)

    4.Packing withenvironmental factors egHigh humidity and environmentally friendlymaterial

    5.Verification ofPacking material Dispatch handling and validation ofmaterial identification and traceability

    6.Lead a team of about 8 to10people.

    7.Coordinate withtransporters to ensure that the packing is as per as PO terms andor other basic requirements and that the material is being loadedon the correctvehicle

    8.Ensure evidenceof the packing . loading and placement of theconsignment

    9.Data entry andData compliance as per ERP /BizSol

    10.Other supportactivities entrusted from time to time bytheManagement

    11.FunctionalReporting to Planning / CEO



    Requirements

    BasicQualification and Experience:

    1.DME/B.E/B.Tech with a minimum experienceof 6 Years ( for DME) or4 Years ( for BE/B.Tech). However thisqualification can be exempted for exceptionalcandidates

    2.The candidateshould have a minimum handson experience in forgingIndustry ( Open and Die)of about 3Years

    3.He should have areasonable measurement skill with Micrometer VernierCaliper Height Gauges Bevelgauges Visual inspectionacumen sensitive to Material handling to avoiddamage.

    4.Should be awareof Various material Grades CS AS andSS

    5.He should haveworked with various components eg Flanges(Blinds Wnrf Orifice flanges etc) Floating head Nozzlesshafts Lower Journal Housings Crank Shafts Rotorslower guide boltsetc.



    Basic Qualification and Experience : 1. DME/ B.E/B.Tech with aminimum experience of 6 Years ( for DME) or 4 Years ( forBE/B.Tech). However, this qualification can be exempted forexceptional candidates 2. The candidate should have a minimumhands-on experience in forging Industry - ( Open and Die) of about3 Years 3. He should have a reasonable measurement skill withMicrometer, Vernier Caliper , Height Gauges , Bevel gauges, Visualinspection acumen, sensitive to Material handling to avoid damage.4. Should be aware of Various material Grades CS, AS and SS 5. Heshould have worked with various components eg Flanges (Blinds,Wnrf, Orifice flanges etc) , Floating head , Nozzles shafts , LowerJournal Housings , Crank Shafts , Rotors , lower guide boltsetc.
