Assistant - Customer Service

Job description

  • Assist with order processing and communication with suppliers regarding orders

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in processing purchase orders and sales orders
  • Update ERP system with order status
  • Communication with vendors regarding orders and shipments
  • Follow up with Vendors for delivery ETAs and order statuses when required
  • Review customer order status reports and track ETA's
  • Assist in issue resolution with customers and vendors as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience processing orders
  • Understanding of vendor payment terms and purchasing processes
  • Experience dealing with order status and updating/data entry in ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From ₹35,000.00 per month
