Assistant - Customer ServiceJob description
- Assist with order processing and communication with suppliers regarding orders
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing purchase orders and sales orders
- Update ERP system with order status
- Communication with vendors regarding orders and shipments
- Follow up with Vendors for delivery ETAs and order statuses when required
- Review customer order status reports and track ETA's
- Assist in issue resolution with customers and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience processing orders
- Understanding of vendor payment terms and purchasing processes
- Experience dealing with order status and updating/data entry in ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
