- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Partner with developers to define and document functional specifications based on agreedupon requirements.
- Participate in the test planning process, develop test cases, and execute test scenarios to ensure quality deliverables.
- Track and manage identified defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to test automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Continuously learn and apply your financial domain knowledge within assigned projects.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of success in the SDLC.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and their application within the Treasury domain.
- Experience with leading and participating in SDLC and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) methodologies.
- A demonstrated ability to learn new areas within the banking domain and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA is a plus.
