Description
Supervision of receipt of Material & coordinating return of materials to customers.

  • Handle defective, discontinued or recalled materials through customer.
  • Ensure the return process follow the procedure & maintain documents as necessary.
  • Track of replacement of Material within & outside of organization.
  • Close the return & replacement cases on TAT.
  • Prepare the daily report & tracking of Material.
  • Coordinating the Vendors and customers in regards to pickup and delivery of Materials.
  • Warranty check and verification of products
  • Preparation od dispatch documents and maintain records.

Salary:
₹16, ₹29,166.66 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
