    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
    • Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and skill levels.
    • Teach programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, or others relevant to fullstack development.
    • Cover frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, ) and backend frameworks (e.g., , Django, Spring Boot).
    • Explain database concepts and teach database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
    • Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve training programs.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in fullstack development.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry professionals, and other trainers to enhance the quality of training programs.
    • Work closely with the Training and Development team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
    • Previous experience in experience in fullstack development, including frontend and backend technologies, and training/teaching experience
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.
    • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ) and backend frameworks (e.g., , Django, Spring Boot).
    • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL/NOSQL databases.
    • Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, responsive design, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience in delivering training programs or workshops related to fullstack development is preferred
    • Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
