You will play a key role in providing individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security.

• Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and skill levels.
• Develop assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security
• Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve training programs.
• Keep up with the most recent advances in the field of Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security and incorporate significant improvements into training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry professionals, and other trainers to enhance the quality of training programs.
• Work closely with the Training and Development team to align training initiatives with organizational Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Previous experience in Ethical Hacking & Cybersecurity positions and training/teaching experience
• Handson experience with ethical hacking tools and frameworks such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).
• Certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or similar are highly desirable
• Strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to ethical conduct in cybersecurity practices
• Excellent communication and presenting abilities.
