Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Indian Cook to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa.
The cook will be responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and maintain restaurant's operational standards.
The cook will be also responsible for assisting Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean.
Ensure proper storage of food items/raw materials in freezers/refrigerators and ensure proper portioning of dishes, and food garnishing.What we're looking for
- Culinary skills in Indian cuisine is a must.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Able to take responsibility and assist others when needed.
- A person who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment, someone who is passionate about cooking and food.
- Strong creative, analytical, logical, and critical thinking ability.
- Good communication skills. Being flexible.
- Previous kitchen experience is a big plus
