- 1 year **experience in recruitment with excellent communication
Recruitment:
- To Understand various client requirements‐Job Specification for respective job openings.
- Head Hunting and Industry Mapping.
- Co‐ordinate closely with the relevant Managers, understand the basic requirements, target organizations and skill sets required.
- Mapping the relevant organizations.
- Source profiles from various job portals, references, networking, internal database and headhunting.
- Achieve targets of recruitment.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
