    Description
    Senior Salesforce Administrator

    Exp:5+


    Location:
    Chennai Teynampet

    Notice period:
    Immediate joiner to 15days.

    Shift: 2-11pm

    Responsibilities
    All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

    Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

    Understanding of fundamental triggers/Apex code knowledge
    Sandbox environment management.
    DevOps/release management experience
    Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best-practice, scalable solutions focused on exceptional user experience.
    Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
    Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
    Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
    Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
    Proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
    User support tickets
    Monitor and improve user adoption.
    New user and ongoing user training
    Technical documentation
    Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including Conga, Gearset, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and more.
    Manage and administer Salesforce platform, including configuration,
    customization, and integration.
    Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, and
    processes.
    Collaborate with client to gather requirements and translate them into technical
    solutions.
    Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Salesforce NetSuite
    integration.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.
    Create and maintain technical documentation.
    Perform data migration using Data Loader.
    Configure and maintain Conga for document generation.
    Utilize Salesforce Marketing Platform for marketing automation.
    Design and implement process flows and workflows to optimize business processes.
    Qualifications and Background

    Required:
    Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
    Certified Salesforce Administrator
    Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder

    Desirable:
    Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Required:
    Preferable skills in CPQ, DocuSign, Salesforce NetSuite integration, Visual Studio,
    Data Loader, Conga .
