Responsibilities:

Manage PreScouter's instance of Salesforce, including modifying the data model configuration when needed, creating or updating objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and integrating connectors with other APIs
Through the Admin User profile, manage users, logins and passwords for staff
Troubleshoot end user issues, including PreScouter team member and external user requests
Work on support tickets when needed and deliver resolutions in a timely manner
Analyze current organization needs, identify areas for automation or architecture changes in Salesforce and other APIs, and work with the PreScouter team to implement solutions
Use Excel to manipulate and import/export large data sets
Develop and implement standards, procedures, and tools that enable and encourage best practices and consistency in data.
Provide training for PreScouter staff on using the Salesforce platform.
Maintaining Google Apps Suite and similar licenses
Backfilling data using Data Loader

Skills & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
4+ years previous experience as either a Salesforce power user or a Salesforce administrator in implementing and configuring CRM infrastructure (Salesforce admin certification preferred)
Experience with VisualFlow; ability to utilize flows and/or Process Builder
Demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce and how that might impact the PreScouter use case
Experience integrating third party APIs; experience with FormAssembly and thirdparty payment processors preferred
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects
Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
